This leaves second-round selection WR Marqise Lee as the only draft pick who has yet to sign his rookie contract.
Bortles’ four-year contract is worth an estimated $20,654,796 which includes a signing bonus of $13,341,672, according to OverTheCap.com.
During his three years at Central Florida, Bortles totaled 7,598 yards passing while completing 65.7 percent of his passes and throwing 56 touchdowns and 19 interceptions.
