Jaguars Sign RB Cameron Marshall, Waive QB Max Wittek

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Tuesday morning that they’ve signed RB Cameron Marshall to a contract and placed rookie QB Max Wittek on waivers.

Marshall, 24, originally signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Arizona State back in 2013. He was unable to make the Dolphins during his rookie season, but later returned to Miami on a future/reserve contract. However, the Dolphins once again cut Marshall loose at the start of the 2014 season.

After sitting out the 2015 season, the Seahawks signed him to a contract this past February, but later elected to waive him last week.

During his four-year college career, Marshall ran for 2,700 yards on 579 carries (4.7 YPC) to go along with 64 receptions for 558 yards receiving and 40 total touchdowns.
