Jaguars Sign Rookie WR Marqise Lee

 

Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida-Times Union reports that the Jaguars have agreed to terms with second-round pick WR Marqise Lee on a four-year contract.

  • O’Halloran adds that Lee will sign the contract on Friday when he returns to Jacksonville ahead of training camp.

Lee’s four-year deal is worth a projected $5,174,016 and includes a signing bonus of $2,082,924, according to OverTheCap.com.

Lee was one of four rookie who had yet to sign their rookie contracts, but the overall expectation has been that these deals would get done before the start of training camp.

Over the course of his three years at USC, Lee totaled 248 receptions for 3,655 yards receiving and 29 touchdowns. He also produced 1,305 kick return yards and touchdowns.
