Jaguars Sign Second-Round Pick RB T.J. Yeldon

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed second-round RB T.J. Yeldon to a four-year contract.

This leaves third-round pick G A.J. Cann as the only unsigned player from the Jaguars’ 2015 draft class.

All indications are that Yeldon could enter the season as the Jaguars’ No. 1 running back, so it will be interesting to see what he’s able to do during his first year in the NFL.

According to OverTheCap.com, Yeldon is projected to receive a four-year contract worth $6,017,168 and includes a $2,636,120 signing bonus.

During his three years at Alabama, Yeldon ran for 3,322 yards on 576 carries (5.8 YPC) to go along with 46 receptions for 494 yards receiving and 39 total touchdowns.
