Jaguars Signing Former Rams DB Cody Davis

According to Mike Garafolo, the Jaguars are signing former Rams DB Cody Davis to a contract.

Davis, 28, wound up signing on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Texas Tech back in 2013. He finished a two-year, $2.91 million contract to become an unrestricted free agent.

Davis was placed on injured reserve this November with a thigh injury he sustained during the team’s Week 6 game. He returned from the team’s I.R. in December.

In 2017, Davis appeared in seven games for the Rams and recorded 22 tackles, one interception and four pass defenses.
