Jaguars Waive OT Cameron Bradfield

The Jacksonville Jaguars have placed OT Cameron Bradfield on waivers, according to Ryan O’Halloran.

Bradfield was listed as the team’s starting right tackle on their most recent depth chart, but he was filling in for Austin Pasztor, who has been out of the lineup with a broken hand.

Bradfield started the team’s first two games of the season, but has struggled mightily both appearances. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the third-worst qualifying offensive tackle in the league this season.

Pasztor could be getting closer to a return, but it’s hard to say if he’ll be able to play in Week 3’s game.

Bradfield, 27, signed a two-year, $3 million contract with the Jaguars back in early March. He has a base salary of $1.225 million for the 2014 season.

Last year, he appeared in 14 games for Jacksonville and was once again among the worst offensive tackles in the league, according to PFF.
