The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they’ve placed rookie S Charlie Miller on waivers Monday.
The Jaguars’ roster is currently at 89 players, so they have room to add someone before the start of training camp.
Miller, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Jaguars this past May as an undrafted free agent out of Dartmouth. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract.
During his college career at Dartmouth, Miller recorded 29 tackles, three tackles for a loss, and four pass defenses over the course of 15 games.
