The Jacksonville Jaguars waived FS Dwight Lowery off injured reserve on Monday.
- The Jaguars signed TE Danny Noble to their active roster.
- Jacksonville also signed WR Kerry Taylor off the Cardinals practice squad.
- Jaguars waived TE D.J. Williams.
Lowery was placed on injured reserve following a concussion he suffered back in Week 3. It was assumed that once Lowery had recovered, the Jaguars would release him so that he could sign on with a new team.
Lowery, 27, will need to pass through waviers before he can sign with a team of his choosing. He could be a decent addition to team in need of help at safety for possible second-half playoff run.
We’ll have more regarding Lowery and possible new team in the coming days.
