The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they’ve placed 2013 fourth-round pick WR Ace Sanders on waivers Friday.

Sanders, 23, has two years remaining on his four-year, $2.641 million rookie contract that included a $481,448 signing bonus. He stands to make base salaries of $585,000 and $675,000 over the next two years.
According to OverTheCap.com, releasing Sanders will free up $471,718 in available cap space while creating in $226,564 dead money.
In 2014, Sanders caught six passes for 55 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also contributed 16 kick return yards and another 227 punt return years for the Jaguars.
