Jaguars Worked Out 7 Players Including S Ronald Martin

According to Howard Balzer, the Jacksonville Jaguars brought in seven free agents for workouts on Friday including S Ronald Martin.

The full list of tryouts for the Jaguars includes:

2. OT Javarius Leamon
3. OT Storm Norton
4. OT Norman Price
5. S Ronald Martin
6. S L.J. McCray
7. S Charlie Miller

Martin, 24, wound up signing on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of LSU back in 2015. However, he, unfortunately, waived during roster cuts and later claimed by the Jets.

Martin was on and off of their 53-man roster during the 2016 season, but was eventually promoted to the active roster in December The Jets traded him to the Colts a few weeks ago for LS Thomas Hennessy, but they cut him loose coming out of the preseason.

Martin has had brief stints on the Jets and Ravens’ practice squads this year.

In 2016, Martin appeared in three games for the Jets and recorded one tackle and no interceptions.
