Mike Lombardi of the NFL Network mentioned on Inside Training Camp Live that Jake Locker is currently the favorite to win the Tennessee Titans starting quarterback job.
Locker has reportedly been great in practice, so assuming that all things are equally, it would make sense to see the Titans go with the younger quarterback that will ultimately have a larger impact on the direction of the franchise. Many of the beat writers covering the team have mentioned that Matt Hasselbeck was the favorite heading into training camp, but it’s apparently not going to be easy to hold off Locker.
