James Harrison Suspended For Monday Night’s Game

The NFL has made a ruling in regards to Pittsburgh Steelers LB James Harrison‘s appeal of his most recent suspension and the league has ruled against Harrison.

This means that he’ll miss Monday nights game against the San Francisco 49ers but the good news is that Pittsburgh will have LB LaMarr Woodley back from injury to help mitigate the loss of Harrison.

Considering Harrison’s history of fines and know suspensions, it’s safe to say that another incident will most likely cost him multiple games. The Steelers have a good group of younger linebackers so it will be interesting to see how long they keep Harrison around. The guy has played great this season which helps to offset the fines and suspensions but an aging player that comes with a high amount of risk isn’t the most valuable asset long term.
