Jay Gruden The Favorite For The Redskins’ Job?

NFL Network’s Jeff Darlington believes Bengals OC Jay Gruden will be the next head coach of the Washington Redskins.

Clearly, this is justĀ Darlington’s opinion regarding the Redskins head-coaching search, but has been covering the team closely in the past past few weeks.

With the Bengals season ending on Sunday,Ā Gruden has become a very popular coaching candidate who has also been linked to the Lions, Titans and Vikings vacancies.

Gruden previously worked under Washington’s current GM Bruce Allen while in Tampa Bay where Allen ran football operations and Gruden was an assistant coach.
