Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News confirms that CB Darrelle Revis will report to the Jets’ offseason conditioning program on April 15.

Rich Cimini of ESPN New York reports that the Jets intend to force CB Darrelle Revis to attend their offseason conditioning program in order to collect his bonus money.
Revis’ contract specifies that he needs to participate in at least 80 percent of the team’s voluntary workouts or he will forfeit the $3 million.
He’s been rehabbing his surgically repaired knee in Arizona and would reportedly prefer to stay there throughout the draft and focus on his rehab, but the possibility of losing $3 million could force him to reconsider.
Cimini adds that allowing Revis to remain in Arizona could ultimately hurt the Jets’ leverage in trade talks, as it would be a clear indication that they have no intentions of keeping him on their roster.
Trade talks with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to heat up in the days leading up to the draft, so it would make sense to see them try to maximize their leverage regarding this situation.
