Jim Chapman, the agent for free agent LB Erin Henderson, tells Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee that his client has a visit set up with the Jets.
- Henderson met with the 49ers this past.
Henderson was suspended four games of the 2014 season and never caught on with a team after serving the four-game ban.
Kansas City brought him in for a tryout back in January, but never offered him a contract.
Henderson, 27, last appeared in an NFL game during the 2013 season while playing for the Vikings. He recorded 112 tackles, four sacks, two interceptions and a forced fumble over the course of 14 games for Minnesota.
Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 19 inside linebacker out of 55 qualifying players in 2013.
