Jets Interviewing Broncos RBs Coach Eric Studesville For Offensive Coordinator Job

Mike Klis of 9 News reports that the Jets have scheduled an interview with Broncos RBs coach Eric Studesville for their offensive coordinator vacancy.

The Jets have been linked to notable candidates including Mike McCoy but this is the first interview we’ve seen them schedule for the job.

Studesville, 49, began his NFL coaching career with the Bears back in 1997 as their running backs coach. He was the Bills’ offensive coordinator from 2004-2008 and eventually was hired by the Broncos as their running backs coach in 2010.

After Denver fired Josh McDaniels, they promoted Studesville to interim head coach for the final four games of the season.

During this time, he led the Broncos a 1-3 record.
