Jets Re-Sign DL Ed Stinson

The New York Jets announced that they’ve re-signed DL Ed Stinson to a contract on Tuesday.

Stinson will take the roster spot of WR Jeremy Kerley, who had been placed on the suspended list.

Stinson, 27, is a former fifth-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2014. He spent three years in Arizona before he was waiving coming out of the preseason and later signed by the Jets.

New York elected to cut him loose a few weeks ago.

In 2017, Stinson has appeared in four games and recorded one tackle for the Jets.
