The New York Jets announced that they’ve re-signed OT Ben Ijalana on Wednesday.
Ijalana, 25, is a former second round pick of the Colts back in 2011. He lasted just a few years in Indianapolis before he was placed on waivers and later claimed by the Jets.
Last year, Ijalana was active for five games for the Jets, but was limited to playing just five total snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
It seems likely that Ijalana will need to earn his roster spot in training camp and the preseason.
