Jets Re-Sign QB John Wolford To Practice Squad

The New York Jets announce that they have signed QB John Wolford to the practice squad on Monday.

The Jets’ practice squad now consists of:

1. DB Brandon Bryant
2. DB Jeremy Clark
3. LB Frankie Luvu
4. LB Anthony Wint
5. QB John Wolford

Wolford, 22, wound up signing on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest. He was in the first year of his three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Jets waived him last week.

During his four-year college career at Wake Forest, Wolford threw for 8,794 yards while completing 59.7 percent of his passes to go along with 59 touchdowns and 41 interceptions over the course of 47 games.
