New York placed the second-round restricted tender on Enunwa, which will cost them $2.914 million for the 2018 season.
Enunwa, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Jets back in 2014. He played out the final year of his three-year, $1.995 million and made a base salary of $615,000 for the 2017 season.
Unfortunately, he missed all of last season after being placed on injured reserve in August after he suffered a neck injury.
In 2016, Enunwa appeared in all 16 games for the Jets and caught 58 passes for 857 yards receiving and four touchdowns.
