Jets Reach Out To Nnamdi Asomugha?

The Newark Star-Ledger is reporting that the New York Jets have “reached out” to CB Nnamdi Asomugha.

Earlier in the day ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Jets were planning to “make a run at” Asomugha. Other have reported that Asomugha may be willing to take less money for chance to play on a Super Bowl contender which, if true, would definitely help the Jets chances.
