The New York Jets announced Tuesday that they’ve signed fourth-round WR Chad Hansen to a four-year contract.
Hansen is the fourth draft pick from the Jets’ 2017 class to sign their rookie deal.
Hansen, 22, was selected with the No. 141 overall pick by the Jets in this year’s NFL draft. According to OverTheCap.com, Hansen will receive a four-year contract worth $2,819,648, which includes a signing bonus of $419,644.
During his two-year career at California, Hansen caught 111 passes for 1,498 yards receiving (13.5 YPR) to go along with 12 touchdowns over the course of 17 games.
