The New York Jets announced Tuesday that they’ve signed OT Corey Hilliard to a contract.
- Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press previously reported that Hilliard was visiting with the team.
Hillard, 29, is a former sixth round pick of the Patriots back in 2007. He has since played for the Colts, Browns and Lions over the course of his six-year NFL career.
In 2014, Hillard appeared in just one game for the Lions after he unfortunately suffered a Lisfranc injury that cost him the remainder of the season.
