Jets Tried Out CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson, G Kristjan Sokoli & 3 Tight Ends

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Jets recently brought in CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson, G Kristjan Sokoli for tryouts on Saturday.

Wreh-Wilson, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Titans back in 2013. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2.937 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $731,305 for the 2016 season.

In 2015, Wreh-Wilson appeared in 10 games for the Titans and recorded 20 tackles, no interceptions and three pass defenses.

Sokoli, 24, was taken in the sixth-round of last year’s NFL Draft by the Seahawks. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2,370,484 rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $525,000 base salary for the 2016 season when he was recently cut loose.

In 2015, Sokoli was limited to appearing in one game for the Seahawks.

White, 26, wound up signing on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech back in 2013. He spent a good amount of time on the Packers’ practice squad, but managed to make the 53-man roster last year.

However, White was unfortunately waived to make room for James Jones. He wasn’t out of a job for long, as the Giants signed him to their practice squad just a few days later. New York brought him back on a one-year exclusive rights deal.

Unfortunately, the Giants cut him loose earlier in the week.

In 2015, White appeared in 12 games for the Giants and recorded seven receptions for 88 yards receiving and a touchdown.
