John Beck Will Remain The Starting QB For The Redskins

Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan said that John Beck will remain the teams starting quarterback despite losing all three of the games that he started, Rick Maese of the Washington Post.

The Redskins offense appears to be regressing each week as Beck is currently 0-3 as the teams starting quarterback. Then again Washington has played three tough teams during that stretch while Rex Grossman managed to put together wins over the Giants, Cardinals and Rams. The over New York looks much better now that they have rose to the top of the NFC East and appear to be legitimate contenders. Still Shanahan see’s Beck as the teams best option right now and if they had any other than Grossman on their roster there would likely be more of a controversy.
