Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart Listed As Probable For Week 4

Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart  was a full participant in Friday’s practice, and is listed as probable for Sunday’s game against the Falcons, per Joseph Person of the Charlotte Observer.

CB Chris Gamble, LB Jon Beason, and LB Thomas Davis are also listed as probable for Week 4.

Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart returned to practice on a limited role Wednesday, but is still dealing with a toe injury that kept him out of last Thursday’s game against the Giants, per Joseph Person of the Charlotte Observer.

“Stewart had surgery on his big toe coming out of Oregon in 2008,” wrote Person. “He said it’s the same toe, but a different issue.”

Although he was limited in today’s practice, it seems that Stewart is on track to play Sunday against the Falcons. Stewart won’t be 100 percent healthy for the game, so expect him share a limited workload with running backs DeAngelo Williams and Mike Tolbert.
