Last May, the Cardinals signed LB Karlos Dansby to a one-year deal worth just $2.25 million following his release from the Dolphins.
In hindsight, this is one of the top-five offseason additions as Dansby has been a huge contributor to Arizona’s No. 6 overall defense.
Dansby, 32, was asked if he would be willing to offer the Cardinals a discount this offseason.
“All depends on the situation,” he said, via ESPN.com. “Come back next season, man, it’s no telling what we can do as a team.”
Pro Football Focus has Dansby rated as the No. 5 inside linebacker in all of the NFL.
