Ken Whisenhunt Could Be The Broncos Next Offensive Coordinator

Les Bowen reports that he’s hearing Ken Whisenhunt will replace Mike McCoy as the Denver Broncos’ offensive coordinator next season.

There were reports leading up to Chip Kelly’s surprising decision to become the next head coach of the Eagles that Whisenhunt was also on their radar for the job.

Whisenhunt has interviewed for numerous head coaching positions in the last few weeks, but he never emerged as a favorite for any of them. Last year, Whisenhunt met with Peyton Manning with hopes of luring him to Arizona. Manning reportedly has a lot of respect for him, so it makes sense that he would be considered for their offensive coordinator position.
