It doesn’t look like Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb will be returning to field any time soon.
“Kolb has been doing some light throwing but doesn’t appear close to being ready to play,” writes Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic.
Kolb was injured during Week 6’s loss to the Bills when he suffered multiple detached ribs. It would a surprise if he is able to play before Week 13. John Skelton has stepped in as Kolb’s replacement. In three starts this season, Skelton has one touchdown and three interceptions.
