According to the Mike Klis of the Denver Post, RB Knowshon Moreno is expected to resume practicing after having his knee scoped almost three months ago.
- Lindsay Jones of USA Today reports that Moreno has not yet been medically cleared for practice.
Moreno, 25, was a first-round draft pick back in 2009 and has the talent to be a productive back but injuries have derailed his career. However, the Broncos drafted RB Montee Ball in the second round to add to the competition.
Moreno will likely have a tough task ahead as RB Ronnie Hillman and Ball are expected to push for a starting job. Earlier reports stated that Moreno may be competing for the same roster spot as RB Willis McGahee, so this will definitely be a story to keep an eye on into training camp.
