Report: Colts Sign S LaRon Landry

Update:

Jason La Canfora reports that the Colts have signed LaRon Landry. to a four-year deal worth $24 million.

Ian Rapoport reports that Landry will receive $6 million annually and $14 million guaranteed.

La Canfora adds that Landry’s deal is expected to be similar to that of William Moore who signed a five-year, $30 million contract with the Falcons.

Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News tweets that the Colts will likely work out a contract with free agent S LaRon Landry.

Landry reportedly has a visit setup with the 49ers, but it appears as though he won’t be available by that point.

Ian Rapoport reports that the list of suitors for free agent S LaRon Landry includes the 49ers, Cardinals and Buccaneers.

The Eagles and Lions are also said to have interest in him, so he should have plenty of options. He was looking to secure a long-term contract last season, but found little interest after he suffered a torn Achilles back in 2011.
