Lee Evans Plans On Playing In Sunday’s Game

Ravens WR Lee Evans discussed his chances of playing on Sunday via theĀ Carroll County Times.

“Absolutely, I plan on playing on Sunday,” Evans said. “But we’ll have to see. You got to take it day by day and see what happens.”

The fact that he’s still wearing a boot is a bit of a concern but he said that the boots provides him withĀ “active rest.”

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post tweets that Baltimore Ravens WR Lee Evans missed Wednesday’s practice and was wearing a protective boot on his injured ankle.

Evans was targeted four times during Sunday’s game against Pittsburgh but didn’t catch a single pass. The fact that he’s currently in a protective boot would suggest that he may have been bothered by the injury during the game. Baltimore’s pass offense looked pretty good without him so they may not rush him back into the lineup which would make him questionable for this weeks game against the Tennessee Titans.
