Lions Designate G Joe Dahl To Return From IR, Promote Two

The Detroit Lions announced several roster moves on Monday including designating G Joe Dahl to return from injured reserve and promoting WR Bradley Marquez and S Rolan Milligan to their active roster.

The Lions’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. WR Dontez Ford (Injured)
  2. C Leo Koloamatangi
  3. DE Earl Okine
  4. TE Hakeem Valles
  5. WR Andy Jones
  6. LB Thurston Armbrister
  7. QB Brad Kaaya
  8. OT Dan Skipper
  9. DB Adairius Barnes
  10. WR Jace Billingsley
  11. S Stefan McClure

This officially opens a three-week window of time for the Lions to add Dahl to their active roster or he’ll spend the duration of the 2017 season on injured reserve.

Dahl, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Lions back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2.586 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $540,000 and $630,000 over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2017, Dahl appeared in two games for the Lions before he was placed on injured reserve with a leg injury.
