Lions Hosting DE Tank Carradine For Visit

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, the Detroit Lions are bringing in free agent DE Tank Carradine for a visit on Wednesday.

This is the first reported interest in Carradine since he recently became available.

Carradine, 28, is a former second-round pick of the 49ers back in 2013. He was in the final year of his four-year, $4.948 million rookie contract when he and San Francisco agreed to a one-year contract extension before the start of the 2016 season.

Carradine made a base salary of $1.1 million in 2017 before signing on with the Raiders back in March. Oakland decided to move on from Carradine last week after he requested his release.

In 2018, Carradine has appeared in one game for the Raiders and recorded one tackle and no sacks.

We have him featured in our Top 50 Available 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
