Lions Place Teez Tabor, Cyrus Kouandjio & Sam Martin On NFI List, Add 6 To PUP List

The Detroit Lions announced that they’ve placed P Sam Martin, CB Teez Tabor, and OT Cyrus Kouandjio on the active/non-football injury list.

Kouandjio, 23, is a former second-round pick of the Bills back in 2014. He was in the final year of his four-year, $4.808 million contract that included $2.825 million guaranteed and was set to make a base salary of $1,025,748 for the 2017 season when the Bills waived him last month.

Kouandjio signed a one-year contract with the Lions a few weeks later.

In 2016, Kouandjio appeared in 12 games for the Bills.

Decker, 22, is a former first-round pick of the Lions back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $10.967 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $948,499 and $1.447 million over the next two years.

In 2016, Decker appeared in all 16 games for the Lions and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 23 offensive tackle out of 78 qualifying players.
