Lions Re-Sign DL Darryl Tapp

The Detroit Lions announced Tuesday that they have re-signed veteran DL Darryl Tapp just a few days after they released him, per Tim Twentyman.

Tapp was among the final roster cuts made by the Lions as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players this past weekend.

Detroit originally signed Tapp to a one-year contract back in March, so they are more than familiar with him.

Last year, Tapp appeared in 11 games for the Redskins and recorded 10 tackles, and a sack.
