The Detroit Lions announced Monday that they’ve re-signed restricted free agent WR T.J. Jones.
Detroit used the original-round restricted tender on Jones, which will cost them $1.907 million for the 2018 season.
Jones, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Lions back in 2014. He played out the final year of his contract and made a base salary of $615,000 for the 2017 season.
In 2017, Jones appeared in 14 games for the Lions and caught 39 passes for 399 yards receiving and one touchdown. He also totaled 105 kick return yards and 47 punt return yards for Detroit.
