The Detroit Lions signed C Sherman Carter and WR Naaman Roosevelt on Friday, according to the NFL transactions release.
Carter, 25, signed with the 49ers and an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee State back in April of last year. He last until early August before he was cut loose.
Roosevelt, 26, signed with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Buffalo back in 2010. He spent the first two years with the Bills and caught 25 passes for 396 yards and a touchdown over this period of time.
Last year, he signed with the Browns, but didn’t see any action.
