Lions Signed LB Brandon Chubb To Practice Squad

The Detroit Lions officially signed LB Brandon Chubb to their practice squad on Wednesday.

Chubb, 22, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest back in May. He was, unfortunately, unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later signed to the team’s practice squad.

Los Angeles elected to cut Chubb loose a few weeks into the regular season and he later signed on to the Lions’ practice squad. Chubb was cut loose earlier in the week to make room for Logan Thomas.

Chubb has yet to appear in an NFL game.
