Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Lions are signing DT Stefan Charles to a one-year deal.
Charles, 27, originally signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Regina back in 2013. He lasted less than a year in Tennessee before the Bills signed him off of their practice squad.
However, Buffalo elected to not tender him a restricted contract, making him an unrestricted free agent.
In 2015, Charles appeared in 13 games for the Bills and recorded 13 tackles, one sack, and a forced fumble.
