Lions Signing LB Paul Worrilow To One-Year Deal

Dave Birkett reports that the Lions are signing LB Paul Worrilow to a one-year deal.

Worrilow reportedly had interest from the Patriots, Eagles and Colts before agreeing to this deal with the Lions.

Worrilow, 26, wound up signing on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Delaware back in 2013. He returned to the Falcons on a one-year, $2.553 million restricted tender back in March of last year.

In 2016, Worrilow appeared in 12 games for the Falcons and recorded 21 tackles, no sacks, two fumble recoveries and two pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing just 167 snaps last year to go along with an average grade.
