Lions Tender Contracts To Six ERFAs Including WR Corey Fuller & DT Khyri Thornton

Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports that the Lions have tendered contracts to six exclusive rights free agents including: WR Corey Fuller, RB George Winn, DT Khyri Thornton, LB Brandon Copeland, S Isaiah Johnson, and C Braxston Cave.

Fuller, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Lions back in 2013. He’ll be a restricted free agent next year if he accrues another season.

In 2015, Fuller appeared in 12 games for the Lions and totaled four receptions for 76 yards receiving.

Thornton, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Packers back in 2014. However, despite his draft status, Thornton lasted just a little over a year in Green Bay before he was waived at the start of the 2015 season.

After a brief stint with the Patriots, the Lions later claimed him off of waivers.

In 2015, Thornton appeared in six games for the Lions and recorded five tackles.
