Jason La Canfora reports that the Lions will also bring in free agent WRs Steve Breaston and Chaz Schilens for workouts this week.
Detroit is also expected to meet with Laurent Robinson this week as well, so this they are clearly looking for some additional help at receiver.
Breaston, 29, found some interest from the Steelers and Browns months ago, but there hasn’t been a lot of buzz surrounding him since then.
Schilens, 27, visited with the Titans back in March and the Patriots showed some interest in him last month. He caught 28 passes for 289 yards and two touchdowns for the Jets in 2012 before becoming a free agent this offseason.
