Los Angeles The “Solid Front-Runner” To Host 2015 NFL Draft

According to Gil Brandt of the NFL Network, Los Angeles looks like the “solid front-runner” to host the 2015 NFL Draft.

Last we heard regarding the topic the league had narrowed the field of host cities to Chicago and Los Angeles.

However, there has been talk that the league could split up the draft and host it in separate cities, but it’s hard to say if this is really part of their plan, or was just early speculation.

The league was reportedly considering two potential dates, which would either be April 22-25 or April 29-May 2 for the event.

The NFL has made it pretty clear that they would like to eventually get a team in Los Angeles, so all things being equal, it would not be shocking to see them give the nod to L.A. and start drumming up more interest in the nation’s second largest market.

We’ll have more regarding this topic as the news is available.
