Mario Manningham’s Next Stop In Tampa Bay?

Clark Judge of CBSSports.com reports that there’s “virtually no chance” that the New York Giants will be able to retain WR Mario Manningham and mentions that he’s “expected” to sign with the Tampa bay Buccaneers.

Judge mentions that Manningham will likely join Giants assistant Mike Sullivan in Tampa who was hired as the team’s offensive coordinator recently.

The Buccaneers have already mentioned that they’ll be more active in this year’s free agent market and adding another receiver could really help their current unit. Manningham has been one name that has be connected to a number of teams in recent weeks so there could be a solid market for his services could force someone to overpay him.
