Market For Terrelle Pryor Appears To Be Down To Jets & Seahawks

According to Mary Kay Cabot, the market for free agent WR Terrelle Pryor appears to be down to the Jets and Seahawks as of now.

Pryor has visited with both teams, so this doesn’t come as a big surprise. Even so, the Browns have reportedly been monitoring his market and have had some interest in bringing him back, depending on his price tag.

Pryor, 28, was taken by the Raiders in the third round of the 2011 supplemental draft. He lasted a little over three years in Oakland before he was traded to the Seahawks for a seventh-round pick that ultimately became DB Jonathan Dowling.

Pryor briefly played for the Chiefs and Bengals before later being claimed off of waivers by the Browns. Cleveland elected to cut him loose to make room for RB Robert Turbin last year before bringing him back.

The Browns signed him to a one-year, $1.67 million restricted deal in 2016 before he departed for a one-year, $6 million contract with the Redskins last March.

In 2017, Pryor appeared in nine games for the Redskins and caught 20 passes for 240 yards receiving and one touchdown.

We have him featured in our Top 50 Available 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
