Michael Vick Out For Week 11?

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that “early signs” point to Eagles QB Michael Vick sitting for Sunday’s game against the New York Giants but concedes that Vick “still has time to heal.

Vick supposedly suffered two broken ribs during Week 10’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Cowboys QB Tony Romo suffered a few broken ribs earlier on in the season but still managed to play so there’s a chance that Vick will heal in time for Sunday nights game. Still, the Eagles are preparing as though they will not have Vick this weekend which prompted them to give Vince Young and Mike Kafka first teams snaps on Wednesday.

Giants head coach Tom Coughlin said that he’s not changing his preparation for the Eagles and Michael Vick despite the reports.

I’m not going to believe Vick won’t play until I see him not jog out there,” said Coughlin.
