Morris Claiborne Returns To Practice

Cowboys rookie cornerback Morris Claiborne returned to practice today per Clarence Hill Jr. of the Star-Telegram.com.  The number six overall pick has missed less than a week of camp due to a minor MCL sprain in his right knee.

“Mo Claiborne back taking reps in practice,” tweeted Hill

It’s good to see Claiborne back practicing so soon as knee ligament injuries are never an easy thing to come back from. Claiborne still has plenty of time to get in his much-needed reps before the season opener in a month. It is unknown if whether or not Claiborne will play in the Cowboys preseason opener this Monday night against the Raiders.
