Nebraska QB Tanner Lee Declares For 2018 NFL Draft

On Thursday, Nebraska QB Tanner Lee announced via his Twitter account that he’s declaring for the 2018 NFL draft.

There were some rumors that Lee was leaning towards entering the draft and it appears as though he feels it’s best for him to take the next step in his football career.

Lee, 22, redshirted at Tulane back in 2013 before transferring to Nebraska in time for the 2016 season. He redshirted his first year in Nebraska before being named the starting quarterback for the 2017 season.

During his college career at Tulane and Nebraska, Lee threw for 6,744 yards while completing 55.2 percent of his passes to go along with 46 touchdowns and 37 interceptions.
