Lions HC Matt Patricia says they aren’t hitting the panic button and are simply focused on getting better each week.

“I believe in this team and we’re going to work real hard every single day,” Patricia said, via the Detroit Free Press. “I think the guys in that room have a great understanding of what they are and what we’re going to do as a team. We’re not hitting the panic button right now or anything like that right now. We’re just trying to get better. I think that’s our biggest thing is just try get some improvement.

Packers

  • The Green Bay Packers announced Tuesday that S Kentrell Brice (ankle), WR Randall Cobb (hamstring), CB Kevin King (hamstring) and OLB Nick Perry (knee) won’t travel with the team to Seattle for their Thursday night game.
  • The Packers will update their status for Week 11 on Thursday.

Vikings

New Vikings RB Ameer Abdullah says he’s willing to do whatever the team asks of him.

“I’m entering a backfield with a lot of talent with Dalvin and Latavius and all of the guys who have been here,” Abdullah said, via 1500ESPN.com. “Just to come in today and see these guys welcome me the way they have, it does a lot for my confidence, it does a lot for my focus. I’m ready to work. Anything the Vikings ask me to, I’m willing to do.

Abdullah added that he’s excited to be in Minnesota and to have this opportunity.

Life is amazingly unpredictable,” Abdullah said Monday. “Excited to be here. It’s a great team, great culture, great atmosphere. Ironically in the same division. Everything happens for a reason and I’m really excited to be here in Minnesota.”

  • Vikings WR Stefon Diggs tells Ian Rapoport that he practiced Monday and expects to return in Week 11: “I know I will play.
